What rollers does Longhua manufacture?

We manufacture a wide range of custom industrial rollers, including mirror finish rollers, embossing rollers, cooling rollers, rubber rollers, food machinery rollers, and other precision rollers.

Each roller can be customized according to your drawings, dimensions, materials, surface requirements, operating conditions, and production application.

What information is needed for a quotation?

To provide an accurate quotation, please send us your roller drawing or the main specifications, including diameter, face length, overall length, shaft dimensions, material, surface finish, and required quantity.

If available, please also provide details such as working speed, temperature, load, application, surface pattern, and special tolerance requirements. Photos or samples of an existing roller are also helpful.

What is the typical lead time for production?

Production lead time typically ranges from 15–30 days after the technical details are confirmed.

The actual lead time depends on roller size, material, machining complexity, surface treatment, embossing pattern, and order quantity. For urgent projects, please contact us and we will evaluate the fastest available production schedule.

How do you ensure roller quality?

Quality is controlled throughout the manufacturing process, from material inspection and machining to grinding, polishing, assembly, and final inspection.

Depending on the application, we inspect key parameters such as dimensions, surface roughness, concentricity, runout and balance. Dynamic balancing, TIR inspection and NDT testing can also be provided according to your technical requirements.

an you manufacture rollers according to our drawings or samples?

Yes. Most of our rollers are custom manufactured according to customer drawings, samples, or technical specifications.

You can send us CAD drawings, PDF drawings, photos, dimensions, or an existing roller sample. Our engineering team can review the information and recommend suitable materials, structure, surface treatment, and manufacturing processes for your application.

Do you support overseas shipping and after-sales service?

Yes. We supply custom industrial rollers to overseas customers and can arrange suitable export packaging and international shipping according to the roller size and destination.

After delivery, our team can also provide technical support for installation, application, maintenance, and quality-related issues. If any manufacturing issue is identified, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
